Q: Can anyone rent a dumpster?
A: Yes. We rent our dumpsters to Home Owners, Home Renters, Businesses, Developers, Lawn Care Professionals, and Realtors.
Q: Do I need to worry about damage to my driveway caused by the dumpster's weight and wheels?
A: Although we can't guarantee zero damage every time due to differing driveway conditions, all of our containers are equipped with rubber rollers which greatly reduce any chances of driveway scarring normally caused by industry standard steel rollers. If requested before delivery, our drivers will be more than willing to place boards underneath both the dumpsters rails and wheels to help absorb and protect the driveway from the dumpster's weight, free of charge.
Q: Do I have to keep the dumpster for 7 days?
A: Of course not, you can always call us to let us know the dumpster is ready for removal and we will make sure to have the dumpster removed by your requested date and time.
Q: What will I really pay?
A: If you follow our terms and conditions, you will pay exactly the price that is quoted. We want to ensure you are NOT surprised by any additional charges, so please review our terms and conditions and unacceptable material list. Call our office if you have any questions or concerns.
Q: Do I have to be home for delivery or pickup of the dumpster?
A: You do not need to be home for delivery or pickup of your box if you have paid with a credit card during the order. If paying by cash or check, we will need to collect upon delivery of the dumpster or through a different arrangement.
Please do ensure that the area is clear of any vehicles or obstacles.
Q: How far in advance do I need to order a dumpster?
A: 24 hours notice is appreciated, but when possible we will provide same day service. If you place your order on-line and if you’re requesting same or next day service, please call our office prior to confirm availability.
Q: What if I need the dumpster longer than my 7 day rental period?
A: Not a problem, just notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup. Additional rental days over 7 days will be charged at a rate of $10 for each day over.
Q: Can I place the dumpster in the street?
A: Yes, BUT...
Some cities require a permit in order for the dumpster to be placed on a street. Please check with your local municipality.
